Zenless Zone Zero drops new trailer during Summer Game Fest 2022

Zenless Zone Zero, Hoyoverse (also known as miHoYo)’s new upcoming mobile and PC game revealed a new trailer during Summer Game Fest 2022. The trailer primarily features the game’s combat and some of the characters.

From the team that brought you Genshin Impact comes a brand new Futuristic Urban Action Game, Zenless Zone Zero. The trailer showcased ZZZ’s 3rd person action combat, as its characters flipped around with swords fighting off against mechs. ZZZ, or Zenless Zone Zero, has no specific release date.

Compared to Genshin Impact, HoYoverse’s most prominent title, combat in Zenless Zone Zero definitely appears a lot faster paced in the Summer Game Fest trailer. Similar to Honkai Impact 3rd, characters also fight what appears to be mecha-based enemies. Whether the game will be open world like Genshin Impact or feature specific maps for each mission like Honkai Impact 3rd remains to be seen.

At the time of writing, there is no release date for the game. Last month, the game did announce that a closed beta will be coming soon, inviting players to sign up.
