YuGiOh Master Duel New Team Battle Available Now

KONAMI has announced a new update coming to YuGiOh Master Duel featuring a brand-new game mode, Team Battle along with brand new cards to the game.

Team Battle plays very much like a normal Duel, however this time, Duelists are pit in either a 3v3 or 5v5 matchups.

The games will be played simultaneously and the team with the most wins will be declared the champion of the Team Battle.

You can play together with your friends or join up with randoms to take on opposing teams to be the best team there is in Master Duels.

Team Battle  in YuGiOh Master Duel also allows you to spectate the ongoing duels of your teammates as well as sticking together as a team when a game ends so you won’t need to repeat the team making procedures a second time.

In addition to the new game mode, new cards are also available to beef up your deck for coming fights in the form of Battle Trajectory Selection Pack, featuring cards from:

• Performapal Archetypes
• Odd-Eyes Archetypes
• Vaylantz Archetypes

Vaylantz is a newly introduced archetype in Master Duel that focuses on manipulating the positions of your opponent’s cards. A new Mamonaka the Vaylantz United Protector and Visas Starfrost Icon is also available for purchase in the in-game Shop.

YuGiOh Master Duel is a free-to-play card game based on the YuGiOh! TCG by KONAMI available for the PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S, Switch, PC via Steam, Android and IOS.
