Konami has announced the global release date for YuGiOh Cross Duel, the third mobile game based around the YuGiOh TCG IP.
In a statement, they announced that the Global release for YuGiOh Cross Duel would be on September 6th, letting players engage in 4-way battles inspired by the original YuGiOh TCG.
The game had seen a limited release previously in select regions, with many fans clamoring for more countries such as the US and UK to be included.
Since the game’s limited release, YuGiOh Cross Duel has made over 35,870 USD, according to tracking site AppMagic, with the majority of its earnings being from Hong Kong and Canada.
That number should shoot up once the game gets its global release, with more powerhouse spending regions like SEA, South Korea and Japan getting involved with the game.
YuGiOh Cross Duels is a lane-based 4 player game, wherein players must summon monsters and play spell and trap cards in 4-way duels.
The game has alternate rulesets for its system, such as team battles as well as raid battles featuring big boss monsterss.
Aside from that it also features customizable skills for each of your cards, as well as the Ace Monster system giving you a monster that you can always summon.
