The YGO World Championship 2020 (WCS 2020) will be held this summer in Minneapolis, USA! Konami Digital Entertainment Limited announced the Yu-Gi-Oh! event for 22 – 23 August 2020, wherein Duelists will gather to crown the next King of Games.
The event has been taking place annually since 2003, the World Championship is the ultimate YGO event of the year. Qualified duelists for the official card game (OCG) long with the mobile and PC game Yu-Gi-Oh! Duel Links will compete for the title of King of Games.
Asia region qualifications for WCS 2020 will be announced at a later date. Anyone seeking to participate should keep an eye out for further news. For the time being, Duel Links Duelists can qualify in-game via the KC Cup events, or via the WCS 2020 Regional Qualifier. The third KC Cup within Duel Links has already begun since 6 February.
