Your Majesty to Shut Down Services Right Before Its 1st Anniversary

Donuts Games announced that the mobile RPG Your Majesty will shut down all services on the 9th of October, 2023, less than a year after its launch and just a few weeks before its 1st anniversary. The game was released on October 20th of last year in Japan.

The end-of-service announcement was made on the Your Majesty official website.

Service Termination Schedule

Donuts Games details the schedule of service termination for Your Majesty as follows:

• 16th of August, 2023 – The game will receive an update to ver.1.11.8, in-app purchases will be terminated, and purchased Crystal will still be available until the end of the game’s service
• 9th of October, 2023 – Termination of game service
• 10th of October, 2023 – Start of application period for in-app purchase refunds

The developers note that players with any unused Crystal by the end of the game’s service are eligible for refunds from the 10th of October, 2023 to the 11th of October, 2023, through applying from the game application.

However, note that players will no longer be eligible for refunds if they delete the game application or user data.

Crystals that are distributed to players through login bonuses or events are not subject to refunds.

Future Service Plan

While Your Majesty is ending its services, Donuts Games assure players that the game will still be updated with content until the end.

The developers have already shared a roadmap, detailing various characters, quests, and events planned for players to enjoy to the end.

In addition, a live event “MAJESTIC LIVE – Door of Hope” will be held from the 8th of October, 2023 until the 9th of October, 2023 at Chiba Prefecture to commemorate Your Majesty.
