Jack Frost, the mascot of Atlus, and the Shin Megami Tensei series has some new merchandise out, including the pair of fluffy new slippers. These are being sold at Animo Online Store in Japan as part of their Shin Megami Tensei merchandise collection.
The slippers are made of cotton and soft denim. They are a length of 22 to 25 cm which roughly translated to a shoe size of 5-9 US or 37-42 European. A pair of these slippers is priced at JPY 3,960 which is roughly 35 USD or 143 MYR.
Besides these frosty slippers, there are a couple of other pieces of Jack Frost merchandise on sale. There’s a plush Jack Frost wrist rest to use at your computer. The wrist rest costs JPY 2,970 or 25 USD / 104 MYR
There are also hair clips based on Jack Frost and Black Frost, a version of Jack Frost that has embraced his dark side. Each set of hairpins costs JPY 1,100 which converts to around 10 USD or 40 MYR.
Jack Frost has appeared on every game in the Megami Tensei franchise including in spin-off series like Persona. He is a snow fairy from Britain and a member of the Jack Bros alongside Jack O’Lanturn (formally known Pyro Jack) and Jack The Ripper (they even had a game on the virtual boy).
The latest game in the Shin Megami Tensei franchise is Shin Megami Tensei V which is available on the Nintendo Switch.
