Yotsumegami to receive a remake

Yotsumegami, otherwise known on app stores as Escape Game Yotsume God, from SEEC will be getting a remake. The brief overview of the game is given as follows:

The Yotsumegami remake will consist of a fully voiced story, new stills, as well as additional stories. Other information, including the cast list and release date, will be announced at a later point. Since the original is made available in English, it would seem safe to assume that the remake would also eventually be localised.

Sahara Mai follows two masked children who ask for her help, only to find herself at a shrine deep in the mountains that she is unable to leave. The original game is available on both iOS and Android should you want to experience it ahead of this remake.
