Microsoft has now officially announced that the Xbox Live will support games on iOS and Android devices. This will allow both platform devices to have the typical Xbox features. For instance, the friends list, achievement, Gamerscore and even some family settings.
This is all to bring game developers the Xbox Live functionality to games that run on iOS and Android. A set of tools for mobile developers to use, known as Game Stack. In short, Microsoft plans to push its Xbox games as well as services across multiple different platforms. Besides that, the games from the Windows store can also be implemented.
