2K has announced that the latest installment for the WWE video game franchise, WWE 2K23 will be releasing this year for both previous generation and next generation consoles.
WWE 2K23 comes with not only several graphical enhancements from its previous entries but also new features and even additions to already existing gameplay mechanics in the franchise.
One example being the 2K Showcase starring John Cena where you’ll be reliving through John Cena’s whole career in WWE narrated by the man himself.
The standard and cross-gen editions of WWE 2K23 are set for a March 17th, 2023 release whereas two of its special editions, Deluxe and Icon Edition will be available three days earlier on March 14th, 2023.

The Deluxe Edition also comes with its own sets of bonuses which includes:
- Season Pass to all five Post-Launch DLCs
- MyRISE Mega-Boost and SuperCharger
- 3 Card Packs for MyFACTION
- Evo Cards for MyFACTION featuring John Cena, Bianca Belair and Asuka
As for the Icon Edition, it will include all bonuses from the Deluxe Edition along with the addition of the Ruthless Aggression Pack featuring special versions of John Cena, Batista, Brock Lesnar and Randy Orton.
WWE 2K23 is a wrestling video game developed by Visual Concepts and published by 2K. The game’s standard edition is going to be released on March 17th, 2023 for PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S and PC via Steam.
