Wings of Darkness Delayed, Limited Edition Announced

Clouded Leopard Entertainment has announced that their upcoming game Wings of Darkness has been delayed ahead of its February 25th release date, as well as more details about the game’s limited edition.

The game’s new release date is 3rd June, 2021. According to Clouded Leopard, the delay was to better fine tune the following features:

• Enhancing game visuals
•  Fine-tuning gameplay & design
• Tweaking cutscenes
• Ensuring balance within difficulty levels
• Final adjustments to ensure compatibility with consoles & hardware

However, they also announced more besides Wings of Darkness being delayed. Clouded Leopard has also talked more about the contents of the game’s Limited Edition, which includes exclusive art.

The Limited Edition of Wings of Darkness will contain exclusive art of the games heroines, Klara and Erika, illustrated by Haruhiko Mikimoto.

On top of that, the physical limited edition will also include the following:

• Original soundtrack & original voice drama CD
•  Wing of Darkness visual fan book
• Copy of original illustration by Haruhiko Mikimoto
• Acrylic figurine
•  Abend Flugel Emblem Patch
• Abend Flugel Emblem Pin
• B5-size sticker sheet

The Original Soundtrack includes the opening and ending songs for the game, as performed by the lead characters’ voice actresses. For those who’d rather not deal with the aerial melodrama of Wings of Darkness, it also includes Voice Drama CDs, which lets fans listen to more day-to-day conversations by the characters.
