Character-driven RPG Wildermyth launched a new expansion today via an update. Eluna and The Moth is a brand-new campaign with some shakeups to the game’s formula.
According to Worldwalker Games, the Eluna campaign takes a slightly more structured approach to the story. The first chapter in particular will focus less on overland management.
“The campaign happens over a smaller span of time, allowing the player’s starting heroes to make it all the way to the end — if they survive!” they said.
In addition to the new campaign, the update also adds several new faces, victory events as well as several bug fixes.
The game’s available on Steam Early Access. Those who have already bought Wildermyth will get Eluna and The Moth as a free update.
WIldermyth is a self-described myth-making RPG. It features combat inspired by both XCOM as well as Dungeons and Dragons. According to the game’s developers, the game’s systems are made in such a way that you can build up the legend of your heroes throughout the course of the game.
The game entered Early Access late last year, and is not currently out yet. However, new content is being added via updates similar to this one.
