Way of the Hunter DLC Aurora Shores Brings You to the Alaska

THQ Nordic has announced a brand new DLC for Way of the Hunter that will bring you to the winters of Alaska along with new species, landscapes and more.

Titled Aurora Shores, this DLC will have you immerse yourself in the wilderness of Alaska and encounter new species of animals in your task to manage the ecosystem as a Wildlife Trooper. Not only that, you’ll also have the harsh weather conditions of the region to overcome as you hunt down the vicious predators before you.

Here is a brief overview of what you can expect in the DLC:

• 14 New Species of Animals – Featuring the Roosevelt Elk and Wood Bison
• A New Landscape with the size of 64 square km
• New Environment Types – Rainforests and Icy Mountain Peaks
• New Storyline – Take over the duties of a Wildlife Trooper

Aurora Shores is scheduled for February 23rd release and will be available for purchase on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S and PC via Steam and Epic Games Store. Moreover, the base Way of the Hunter will also come with a free content patch when DLC arrives that introduces a new weapon type, a crossbow.
