Vainglory adds new hero – Malene and plenty of new skins in their latest update

Vainglory is getting a new hero again! In the latest update, the Halcyon Fold has welcomed a new ranged hero – Malene, which expands the hero roaster to 39 heroes. She is a spellcaster that could shift between light and shadow to dominate opponents. Check out what she can do below:

Also, one of the heroes, Petal gets a rework of her Ultimate ability “Spontaneous Combustion”. Now Petal can command her Munions to explode, dealing splash damage to enemies while healing allies. Players will be able to direct her ability too, which means greater freedom and control for the players.

Along with the arrival of Malene, some of our favorite characters are getting their new skins as well. The new skins include legendary Petal “Tea Party” skin, epic “Samurai” Krul skin and rare “Clownwalker” Churnwalker skin.

Besides, there are also some updates on the gameplay such as adjustment on base stats for several heroes (eg. Fortress and Alpha) and a damage boost against structures (such as turrets) when players successfully capture Ghostwing, one of two dragons in Sovereign’s Rise.
