In a stunning display of skill and resilience, Unsigned5 emerged victorious at the Predator League 2025 Malaysia Valorant Grand Finals, held at the LG Concourse New Wing, One Utama. The tournament showcased some of Malaysia’s finest Valorant talent, culminating in an intense championship match.
The path to victory wasn’t straightforward for Unsigned5. After suffering an initial setback in the Upper Bracket Finals against Todak, the team fought their way through the Lower Bracket Finals, where they faced Zero7. In a commanding performance, Unsigned5 secured a clean 2-0 victory, earning their spot in the Grand Finals and a rematch against Todak.
The Grand Finals proved to be a testament to Unsigned5’s mental fortitude. Despite Todak starting with a 1-0 advantage, Unsigned5 mounted an impressive comeback, clinching three consecutive games to secure a 3-1 victory. In addition, their strategic gameplay and exceptional team coordination proved decisive in claiming the championship title.
As tournament champions, Unsigned5 secured RM10,000 in cash prizes and RM10,000 worth of Predator merchandise. More significantly, they earned the right to represent Malaysia at the upcoming APAC Predator League 2025 for Valorant, scheduled for January 11-12, 2025, at MITEC, Kuala Lumpur.
Todak claimed second place, earning RM8,000 in cash and RM4,000 in Predator merchandise, while Zero7 took third place with RM6,000 in cash and RM2,000 in merchandise. Moreover, this victory marks a significant milestone for Unsigned5, who will now prepare to face international competition at the APAC level, where they’ll aim to continue their impressive run of form.
