As we reported last time, a new MMORPG namely Uncharted Waters Origin will launch soon to celebrate the 30th anniversary of Uncharted Waters series. The game by LINE GAMES and KOEI TECMO GAMES (the owner of Uncharted Waters IP) is now confirmed to launch in 2020!
Inheriting the legacy of Uncharted Waters 2, the new title will present the living world of the 16th century of grand expeditions with Unreal Engine 4. Players will be able to make their own histories in the game’s vast open world.
There will be over 200 ports with more than 1,000 major historic characters across the world to explore, players can also discover thousands of artifacts and equipment representing various medieval cultures. Fans of the series will be glad to find their favourite soundtracks composed by Yoko Kanno too.
Uncharted Waters Origin is coming out for mobile and Steam in 2020. Stay tuned for more information!
