Tower of God mobile game is in development

Tower of God, an immensely successful Webtoon series which even got its own anime adaptation last year, will get its own mobile game soon.

In charge of turning the Korean manhwa into a video game is Seoul-based studio, NGEL Games. NGEL Games has a track record of making mobile games of successful Webtoon comics. Examples include Lords of Dice and Hero of Cantare. Furthermore, the Korean developer is also making a game based on Wind Breaker, another Webtoon comic.

Note that this is not the first time that Tower of God had a mobile game based on it. Previously, Neowiz Able Studio released an official Tower of God game on Android and iOS back in 2016. The game eventually shut down in 2018.

In addition, note that Tower of God is also the title of various other games unrelated to the hit Webtoon series. There is Tower of God and Tower of God: One Wish on Steam. The latter even has a mobile game version. Hopefully, NGEL Games will have a distinct title for the new Webtoon comic game, should it ever get a Western release.
