[PMCO 2019 Spring Split] Top Esports: Global Finals Champions, gets USD$180,000

It’s been a long road for some of these players, over three days of play. Top Esports made their way through the prelims qualifiers, and they’ve done it. Adorned in the limited edition PMCO Champions hoodie, Top Esports lifts the first PMCO trophy and take home a cool USD$180,000.

With the quality of teams we’ve had at this PMCO, you know for sure Top Esports deserves that chicken dinner! They’ve had to best fellow Chinese teams in X-Quest F and Elite Gaming in some of the most gripping maps we’ve seen yet. As champions, Top Esports have solidified their spot as the best in the region. For the world, they’d surely have to take China more seriously now.

They beat XQF which had a commanding lead for the first two days, with Elite hot on their heels. Top’s play in Map 15 secured them the points they needed, edging out XQF by just 20 points.

Thanks to the upcoming map updates, Top Esports can’t afford to rest on their laurels. The rest of the teams are sure to be looking forward to the next season.
