Top Clans, one of the most prestigious gaming E-sports tournaments in the Asia Pacific region returns for their Summer 2021 Invitational.
Organised and hosted by Chinese game developer Netease, the tournament will be held on August 7th 2021. The games that will be featured are Dota 2, Rules of Survival, Tom and Jerry: Chase, Mobile Legends Bang Bang. The Prize Pool will consist of over 35,000 USD.

New to the tournament is that it will be expanding its borders outside of gamers from Southeast Asia. Those from Japan, India, Pakistan and Mongolia will also be able to compete to bring home the cash prize.
Top Clans 2021 will also be streamed in four different languages: English, Thai, Indonesian and Tagalog across different channels.
This comes off the back of the Top Clans 2020 Summer Invitational which was a huge success, with more than 57 million views over streaming platforms and over 80 teams across the Asia Pacific region, all for a prize pool of 85,000 USD. Even in the midst of the pandemic, there was no less enthusiasm in gamers for the Top Clans tournament and chances are it’ll be no different this year.
Top Clans had previously held the Top Clans Grassroots Tournaments earlier this summer in Thailand, The Philippines and Vietnam which is currently still going on. The Summer Invitational however will bring players from many different countries to compete on the world stage.
While many are still struggling in the covid-19 pandemic and resulting lockdowns, gaming can serve as a great way to reach out to others in these lonely times. Perhaps the Top Clans Summer Invitational can be your chance to show your love of e-sports and gaming. Or just find something cool to watch on stream.
