Developer Emerald City Games and publisher Square Enix have just announce Tomb Raider Reloaded, an action game that is scheduled to release for the Android and iOS platforms in 2021.
The teaser trailer for this free to play title showcases the variety of traps and foes that our heroine will encounter, ranging from spiders, golems, wolves and a dinosaur, alongside staples such as arrow traps and crumbling tombs.
In case you are unfamiliar with the developer, they have worked on titles such as Sacred Seasons, G.I. Joe: War on Cobra, Stormblades, Lionheart: Dark Moon and Lionheart Tactics. You probably never heard of these before, and that is okay, since neither have we. Anyway, it is probably worth mentioning that there have been quite a number of Tomb Raider mobile games in the last few years.

Among them are the turn-based adventure game Lara Croft Go which first came out in 2015, before making its way to consoles. Then there is also the endless runner, Lara Croft: Relic Run. Regardless of your opinions on those games, it is nice to know that one of gaming’s original femme fatales are still relevant today, more popular than ever before.
