Tokyo Ghoul [:re birth] by Bandai Namco Entertainment was first released in Japan back in March 2017 with the title Tokyo Ghoul: Re Invoke. The name was changed to Tokyo Ghoul [:re birth] for the West and has gone through translators which we have on Google Play now. Though the game was supposed to be released for iOS as well, but the game seems to be missing on the App Store.
As the game is based off the manga series, the game will have you team up with your favorite characters in a battle of ghouls in 3D. There are over 100 characters in the game to collect where you can use them to form a team of 6 – three in the front and 3 in the back. With the pre-registrations rolled out since August, players can now log-in to the game and receive a FREE Kaneki and Haise as playable characters.
Each character is unique with their own combos and special abilities. With the capability of equipping gears on them, you can enhance their strength further as well. So if you really love the Tokyo Ghoul series, you can relive it in this game and pretty much experience the power of a ghoul.
PS: As usual, iOS is taking longer to approve the game on the App Store so for now, the game is only available on Google Play Store. For more info, you can check out their official site or their official Facebook page!
