Computer Entertainment Supplier’s Association (CESA) has announced the latest updates on Tokyo Game Show 2024, including the exhibitor list. Among the list, PlayStation will exhibit at the Tokyo Game Show 2024 as a general exhibitor for the first time since 2019.
CESA organizes the annual Tokyo Game Show, Japan Game Awards and Computer Entertainment Developers Conference (CEDEC). You can find the list of exhibitors for this year’s Tokyo Game Show here. Starting July 25 at 12:00 PM (JST), one-day tickets and TGS Supporters Club tickets for international visitors to access Public Days (September 28 and 29) will go on sale. Tokyo Game Show has revised entrance fees for Public Days due to rising venue operation and management costs. Children junior high school age and younger can enter for free on these days
As of July 4, there are 731 exhibitors, including 448 from Japan and 283 from overseas who will be participating in Tokyo Game Show 2024. The event will be the largest in terms of scale and will host a total of 3,190 exhibition booths, surpassing last year’s record in Tokyo Game Show history. Tokyo Game Show 2024 will also feature Selected Indie 80, a free exhibition project for indie game developers, held annually since 2013. Furthermore, the project continues to attract an increasing number of entries and has set a record-breaking number of 973 entries this year. After the initial screening, 80 titles are picked to be in at Selected Indie 80 exhibit.
Additionally, or this year’s Tokyo Game Show, Monster Energy, Youtube, and Cybozu will be special sponsors. TGS has consistently provided a platform for developers and publishers to showcase their games.
