The Final Fantasy rhythm game series, Theatrhythm returns next year with Theatrhythm Final Bar Line, and Square Enix and has revealed more information about the songs and features in the title.
With 385 songs, this installment has the highest volume of tracks in the history of the series! The total jumps to 502 songs when including the DX version and DLC.
Theatrhythm Final Bar Line includes 167 new songs that weren’t in the previous game on the 3DS from both numbered and spin-off Final Fantasy titles as well as 104 different characters to play from through the Final Fantasy series.
Museum Mode
In addition to the regular battle/rhythm mode, the game also has a Museum mode. Here you can listen to music, view your collection, and check your records. Here are the details:

Listen to all the music tracks you’ve obtained. You can create up to three playlists, and in the Nintendo SwitchTM version you can listen with the screen turned off. - Records

Live Information
You can choose whether to show or hide your live info from the settings. Live info shows the high score for the current song, party information, and real-time controller input. This feature is recommended for streamers and players who want to see more information while they play!
The high score, button input, and timing judgment displays can also be individually switched on or off.
Characters
As previously stated, you can choose from 104 characters from across the Final Fantasy series, both mainline and spin-offs. Even Final Fantasy Mystic Quest has some representation.
Characters can be obtained by unlocking their associated title in Series Quests. You can also obtain enemy characters by clearing the final stage for each title!
Versions and Contents
There will be three versions of the game available at launch. The standard version will have 385 songs, the Digital Deluxe version will have 442 songs and the Premium Digital Deluxe version will have 502 songs.
The game will also have three season passes for the game which will include songs from other Square Enix titles like The World Ends With You, Nier, and Chrono Trigger.
Theatrhythm Final Bar Line will launch for Nintendo Switch and PS4 next year on February 16th 2023.
