The ending theme featured in this trailer for The World Ends With You: The Animation is sung by Japanese musician ASCA. For those who are unaware, Carpe Diem is a Latin for “seize the day”. This phrase is believed to be coined by Roman poet Horace, more than 2000 years ago.
Fast forward to modern day, and The World Ends With You: The Animation will release very soon. Ahead of its 9th April 2021 release date, the anime is getting an early preview later this week.
