The Witcher: Monster Slayer Prepares for The Great Hunt Later This Month

It’s been over a month since The AR game The Witcher: Monster Slayer hit mobile digital stores and to celebrate the team at Spokko, a team that is part of the CD Project Family has a special new event.

The new event is called the Great Hunt and will be running up until the 30th of September.

During the event, the witcher senses of all adepts will sharpen and the interaction range on the map will more than double-tracking monsters has never been so easy. During the Great Hunt, the population of beasts will significantly increase, so this will be the best opportunity to test the combat skills.

If that’s not enough, Spokko also invites players to participate in a competition called The Epic Hunt. This new contest will take place on Instagram. All you have to do is track down a beast and photograph it in its natural habitat. The best photographs of monsters will be rewarded with currency to be used in the game. The Witcher: Monster Slayer is a mobile AR game where you search for monsters from the Witcher franchise. It is similar to Pokemon Go, just instead of catching the monsters, you kill them. Still sounds like fun.

The game is currently available for IOS and Android Devices. The Witcher’s being seeing a lot of new installments to the franchise across different media. An animated film, The Witcher: Nightmare of the Wolf was recently released on Netflix.
