The Scroll of Spirits, a 2D Turn-Based Gacha Game To Hold Closed Beta Test on Android for Malaysia, Singapore, and Philippines

Publisher Playbest Limited has announced a Closed Beta Test for The Scroll of Spirits for several Southeast Asian countries including Malaysia, Singapore and Philippines.

According to the announcement on the official The Scroll of Spirits Facebook page, the Closed Beta Test started on 26th January 2024, and will end on 4th February 2024.

The Closed Beta Test is only available for Android devices and can be downloaded through the Google Play Store listing.

Additionally, the announcement also states that all game content and data created during the closed beta test will be deleted after the test ends; that being said, payment functions will also not be available throughout the testing periods, meaning that players will not be able to purchase in-game items.

The Scroll of Spirits is described as a turn-based card-based RPG set against the backdrop of Eastern mythology where players can collect and assemble a team of legendary heroes from myths and folklore, and embark on an adventure.

The game features unique hand-drawn Chinese ink art, bringing the heroes from five different factions to life.

The gameplay of The Scroll of Spirits has players participate in 6 on 6 strategic battles, where they can choose to freely place heroes in strategic formations to ensure the victory.
