The Outcast Mobile is another mobile game announced at Tencent UP 2019, after Code: Live and Ace Force. In case you didn’t know, it is a mobile game adaptation based on one of Tencent’s IPs, The Outcast, after they started their own comics platform a few years ago. The Outcast also got an anime series adaptation known as “Hitori no Shita: The Outcast” in 2016.
Watch the trailer here:
The Outcast, also known as “一人之下” or Under One Person, tells the story of an ordinary college student named Chou Soran who got assaulted by zombies while visiting his grandfather’s grave. A mysterious girl named Fu Hoho came to Soran’s rescue and successfully fended off the zombies. Soran’s life soon changed as he found out the martial arts technique taught by his grandfather was under threat by other martial arts groups. He then sought to uncover his grandfather’s real history and his supposed connection with Fu Hoho.
Back to The Outcast Mobile, information is extremely lacking as of now but we do know that there are currently four different clans in the game, each consisting of two characters. If the game is based on the comics, we presume there’s going to be a storyline when you will play as the main character who specializes in martial arts to fend off against zombies and other martial artists in enemy clans. Furthermore, as shown in the trailer, it’s not just about punching and kicking as players will be able to use other kinds of abilities.
You can actually pre-register for the game now and stand a chance to earn some rewards so hurry up! For more information, you can visit The Outcast Mobile‘s official website and we’ll provide you with more updates soon.
