THE iDOLM@STER: P Greeting Kit is announced

During the year-end YuKuM@S KuruM@S livestream aired on 29 December 2020, Bandai Namco took the opportunity to announce a new addition to THE iDOLM@STER franchise in the form the THE iDOLM@STER: P Greeting Kit. While not a game per se, this mobile app lets users create and share their very own Producer cards.

If you are unfamiliar with the term, a Producer is what THE iDOLM@STER franchise refers to its users, as you took on the role of said producer, managing idols. Like with all business people, you are required to have your own business card so to speak, and this app lets you make one for yourself. Of course, the tradition of making Producer cards have been around for as long as the franchise has been around, so this is not something exactly new for its userbase. With that in mind, Bandai Namco is hoping that the app doubles as a networking tool for Producers to connect with one another. Again, that app already exists in the form of Twitter, but good on Bandai Namco for trying anyway.

In any case, more details on THE iDOLM@STER: P Greeting Kit will be unveiled in an upcoming stream that will be airing on Youtube on 14 January 2021. The app will be available to both users of the Android and iOS platform in Japan. For more details and updates, head over to the official website.
