The long-awaited remaster of Bethesda’s classic RPG, The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion, is now remastered and available now across PC, Xbox Series X|S (including Game Pass), and PlayStation 5. Developer Virtuos has completely rebuilt the 2006 Game of the Year winner in Unreal Engine 5, delivering substantial upgrades to visuals, audio, and gameplay.
According to Virtuos, “Every single asset in the game was recreated from scratch,” resulting in a dramatic visual transformation of Cyrodiil’s landscape. The remaster also features completely reanimated lip syncing based on the original performance capture data.
