The Dark Pictures Anthology: House of Ashes Introduces It’s Cast of Characters

Bandai Namco and Supermassive Games have released a new trailer for the upcoming horror adventure game, The Dark Pictures Anthology: House of Ashes that introduces the cast of characters that you will control throughout the game.

Whether they survive to the end of the game will depend on the actions of the player.

In the shadow of the Zagros mountains, a US military unit comes under fire from Iraqi forces. The resulting firefight causes an earth tremor where both sides fall into the ruins of a buried Sumerian temple. With all communication severed, our protagonists are trapped and must navigate away to escape – unaware that something ancient and evil has awakened in the shadows and is hungry for blood.

Dive into this terrifying underworld where the fate of the characters is in your hands, their survival depends on the choices you make where every decision might trigger terrible and gruesome consequences. Take on these life-threatening dilemmas and guide our protagonists to safety, alone or with friends, this Halloween.

Here are some key images of the cast of characters seen in House of Ashes, which includes Ashley Tisdale who has appeared in popular Disney Chanel Shows like The Sweet Life of Zack and Cody, Highschool Musical, and was the voice of Candice on Phineas and Ferb.

House of Ashes is the third game in the Dark Pictures Anthology, a series of unrelated horror games that Supermassive has released annually for the last two years with previous games, The Man From Medan and Little Hope. Each game has taken place in a different location and has a different set of characters all created through motion capture.

The Dark Pictures Anthology: House of Ashes will release on the 22nd of October, right before Halloween on PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X, and PC.
