The contents of Hitman 3 Deluxe Edition are revealed

Yesterday, a video uploaded by PlayStation’s Youtube channel revealed the goodies that come with Hitman 3 Deluxe Edition.

Stretching at 1:43 seconds long, the video, titled “Hitman 3 – Deluxe Edition Unboxing | PS5, PS4, PS VR” elaborated on the contents of the Deluxe Edition. In it, IO Interactive community developer Clemens Koch provided an in-depth look at the Deluxe Edition goodies.

On top of the base game, the Deluxe Edition adds six new maps for players to explore and carry out hits. There are also three new Deluxe Escalation contracts, which take place at the new locations. Upon completion of these missions, players get fancy Deluxe costumes and items.

In addition, players who own the Deluxe Edition will get to listen to commentary from the director, Mattias Engström. The commentary comes in the form of a mission briefing as he shares the process behind designing the levels.

Deluxe Edition owners also get to enjoy the digital soundtracks for all three Hitman games in the World of Assassination trilogy. Players can listen to the music as they perform their contracts.

Finally, players will get The World of Hitman Digital Book, providing insight and lore to the Hitman universe.

With Hitman 3‘s release just a week away, the Deluxe Edition unboxing definitely helped to build up the hype. Pre-ordering the game now will entitle players to additional weapons and gear from the Trinity Pack

Hitman 3 will be available for PS4, PS5 and PlayStation VR.
