The Battle Cats Announces Hatsune Miku Collaboration Rerun With a New Miku Unit

Developer and publisher PONOS has announced the rerun of The Battle Cats collaboration with beloved diva Hatsune Miku.

The event will run from 8 April to 22 April 2024.

This marks the 4th rerun of this event in the tower defense mobile game, with its last iteration being in March 2021.

The collaboration will see the return of the time limited Hatsune Miku Rare Capsules set that includes a variety of rare crossover units, including multiple versions of Hatsune Miku and other virtual singers from Crypton Future Media such as Kagamine Rin and Len, Megurine Luka, KAITO and MEIKO.

During this rerun period, a new Uber Rare cat, “Hatsune Miku XVI” will be added to the event gacha pool. This version of Miku, sprouting a pair of white wings made of musical instruments and drawing tools is based on her 16th anniversary illustration drawn by Chinese artist Rella.

In addition, all Hatsune Miku collaboration stages in The Battle Cats will be rerun, so players both old and new will once again have an opportunity to destroy their favorite idol with a barrage of cats, or Mikus, or cats wearing Miku wigs!

The Battle Cats is available to play on Android and iOS mobile devices.
