Joining the rest of The Game Awards 2019 reveals is Ghost of Tsushima and its intensely pretty trailer. It was originally teased during the previous State of Play, with the full reveal done now.
It confirms a release window for Playstation 4 in Summer 2020. The graphics are certainly jaw dropping, bringing to life this feudal Japanese era. It would seem a Playstation 5 version is also a possibility!
Brief glimpses of gameplay were afforded by the trailer, showing use of swords, stealth and traversal. Brief is kind of an understatement, but if it’s anything like Infamous – of which the studio also did, which itself was praised for its gameplay – then we can expect something really fun.
