A special Kingdom Hearts Missing Link event was recently held at the Square Enix ARTNIA cafe in Japan.
Present at the event were Kingdom Hearts series director Tetsuya Nomura and other several key members of the game’s development team such as series producer Ichiro Hazama, character designer Miki Yamashita, and lead planner Shirakami, where a Q&A session was held to answer fan’s burning questions.
According to Twitter user rikunami13 who had personally attended the event, shared a thread about the questions Tetsuya Nomura and the development team had answered, and there were some pretty interesting bits of information in regards to Kingdom Hearts Missing Link.
#KHML

One of said interesting pieces of information was when a fan asked the team about the pace of updates for Kingdom Hearts Missing Link.
“How many months of updates at the time of Uχ (Union Cross)? That kind of thing is not allowed anymore.” said Nomura during the Q&A session.
While Nomura did not outright specify how frequent Kingdom Hearts Missing Link would receive content updates, but he did ensure fans that the game will have a faster update schedule as opposed to Union Cross, which was several months apart.
About
Kingdom Hearts Missing Link is said to be a GPS based Action RPG for both iOS and Android, and the story is set after the events of Kingdom Hearts Union Cross, but before the events of Kingdom Hearts Dark Road.
In the game, players explore a map linked to the real world and become stronger through battles and by collecting items called Pieces.
Player’s movement in the game is connected by carrying your smartphone, similar to Pokemon Go.
Unlike Pokemon Go, players can access anywhere in the world without having to move, and enjoy the game both on the go and at home.
