TERA console version introduces Battle Pass

The console version of MMORPG TERA will add its first ever Battle Pass. Season 1 of TERA‘s Battle Pass will go by the name of Frostwinter. Check out the trailer for Frostwinter which released earlier today:

Frostwinter brings with it daily missions, challenge missions and hidden missions. By clearing missions, players can earn a multitude of weapons, items and tools. With the Battle Pass, players will also level up faster as they progress in the game.

In the trailer above, the Battle Pass teased new weapons and armour, such as the Ameretat Knight equipment. Purchasing the Battle Pass also instantly rewards players with the Chaos Ameretat mount, according to the trailer. The intimidating black dragon will surely turn heads in the game.

In addition, the Resurrected Manaya’s Core dungeon will be available. Five existing dungeons that were closed, such as Demokron Factory will reopen.

Frostwinter is purchasable via season ticket. Currently, the season ticket comes in two grades—TERA Battle Pass and TERA Battle Pass Plus. The latter has a larger variety of missions and rewards. Note that the Battle Pass is valid until 3rd June 2021.

Fortunately, free-to-play players can also take part in some of Frostwinter’s missions for free without buying the Battle Pass.
