While we’re still wondering about an English release for TERA Classic, the Japan servers under Gravity Game Arise will be accepting applications for a closed beta test. This test will run from 15:00 JST 12 November 2020 to 15:00 JST 19 November 2020. 3,000 players will be accepted, 1,500 each from iOS and Android users. The game itself will be launching in the country towards the end of January.
Pre-registrations are also open, which you can do via:
Applications for the TERA Classic Japan closed beta will be open until 15:00 JST 5 November. No recommended specifications were provided.
The Korea release of the game was back in 13 August, featuring a story taking place a mere 20 years before the original TERA storyline. Players will witness for themselves the cause of separation between the Castanics and Devans, the creation of the Devan Empire, and the war between the Devan Empire versus the resistance formed by Humans, Elins, High Elves and Castanics.
There’s technically a global release for TERA Classic, but it isn’t available in English, which you can check out here. As it were, English-speaking players will have to wait to see if a publisher will pick up the game for an official release maybe in 2021.
