Tenkei Paradox has announced its release date in Japan. This is an upcoming 3D tactics RPG from EXNOA and KMS, with pre-registrations still on-going until launch day. They’ve since exceeded 300,000 pre-registrations, so players will be receiving a total of 4500 premium currency diamonds. You can watch the original teaser trailer below:
The release date of 13 April 2022 for Tenkei Paradox is applicable to Japan on DMM Games, with the iOS and Android versions to follow. To celebrate, the official Twitter will be posting countdown art starting 8 April 2022. If you’re curious of how other people might play it, Masaya Onosaka and Katsuyuki Konishi will be showcasing it on New Young TV on 15 April 2022, 20:00 JST. Since this is after the official launch, you might as well try it ahead of time.
Tenkei Paradox touts a unique feature where you can create new monsters by mixing and matching existing ones. You then utilize these monsters as battle partners, and partake in combat between other monsters. In creating your own monsters, they can inherit characteristics of their base ones, so you could try for some truly original creatures. It’s a little unclear if you’re able to bring your monsters with you to battle, or if character and monster battles are separate instances of gameplay. It does look like it has the usual simulation systems, what with the training and all.
