Tencent Games will be releasing a One Punch Man mobile game – as announced at their annual games conference event – tentatively translated to One Punch Man: Justice Execution. This is another one of those officially licensed games, with a preview trailer you can watch below:
Unlike Perfect World’s more action based One Punch Man World title, Tencent will be developing a 3D hero collector RPG, promising to deliver incredible quality graphics to faithfully reproduce presumably the anime’s fight scenes. There’s something dubbed a “source core” system that’s highly customizable to fit your playstyle, that implies even the weakest character can become a beast with an amazing build. There will be “S-kills” that are capable of turning the tide of combat, as you might expect. The title will include PVP.
Pre-registration for the title is already open, though a release date was not revealed. Once more, any fan of the series will have to wait and see if the game will be made available overseas, which often doesn’t materialize for China release games. Then again, with Tencent as publisher, don’t count it out just yet. Keep an eye out for this game, and perhaps enough interest would warrant a localization for the world at large.
