Sword of Convallaria To Have Gameplay Demo During Steam Next Fest

Developer XD Entertainment’s upcoming tactics RPG title Sword of Convallaria will be getting a playable demo as part of Steam Next Fest.

Sword of Convallaria will be having an exclusive gameplay demo on Steam starting from 5th February till 12th February, and will offer up to 10 hours of single-player story content, allowing players an early taste of Convallaria’s world before the game’s full release.

Sword of Convallaria is a tactics turn-based RPG that is said to take inspiration from the Fire Emblem series and Final Fantasy Tactics.

The game takes place in the continent of Rodinia where players step foot into Ira, a small kingdom that is rich in magical materials called Luxite.

As the players awake in a dungeon and escape to the town of Convallaria, conflict escalates and players will lead the Sword of Convallaria Mercenary Group, navigating through factions and making crucial decisions to ensure peace for Iria.

Throughout the game, players will recruit companions and customize their mercenary groups, training them in skills and providing them with newly forged equipment.

As of time of writing, Sword of Convallaria has still yet to announce the exact release date of the game, aside from a Fall 2024 release window.
