In a new promotional video, Sword Art Online: Alicization Lycoris briefly teased its upcoming major DLC, Blooming of Forget-me-not. You can watch the promotional video here:
While the video is in Japanese, players should be able to recognise the gameplay changes featured in the video. The first part of the video highlighted the changes that were made during the version 1.3 update which arrived recently. It also showcased some of the upcoming changes in version 1.4 of the game.
The video also revealed other additional upcoming content for the game. The Gleam Eyes, one of Kirito’s most dangerous enemies back in season 1 of Sword Art Online will appear as a Raid Boss. In addition, the video also briefly revealed Silica’s new Divine Outfit, Dagger and Finisher animation. Furthermore, a new arena mode where players can challenge incredibly difficult boss enemies is coming to the game.
Besides that, Strea and Philia, two original characters from the Sword Art Online gameverse, will be joining the game as companions in the future.
Finally, towards the end of the video, we can see a brief teaser for the upcoming paid DLC expansion of Sword Art Online: Alicization Lycoris. Titled Myosotis in the Japanese version of the game, its English name is Blooming of Forget-me-not.
