Sword and Blade opens pre-registrations in Japan

Sword and Blade has opened pre-registrations for its release in Japan. The game had concluded a closed beta period about three months back, and looks like it’s finally preparing for release at some point in 2021. As is usually the case, it is also having a retweet campaign to give away a total worth of 1 million yen in Amazon gift cards. It promises more campaigns to come, presumably all equally extravagant.

Sword and Blade is an action RPG, with the playable characters being from five different sects that you can choose from, each with their own strengths, in the closed beta at least. Whether there will be more coming in the future is not known at present. The minimum requirements for the game as far as we know are: 

• iOS: iPhone 6S or later
• Android: 4.3 and above, 1GB RAM and above

Milestone rewards for the game go up to 200,000, which include a variety of materials, a costume, equipment and a mount.

Players who have achieved level 40 in the closed beta can use the same log in details can obtain even more goodies, provided they filled up the relevant closed beta form. If you’re interested in Sword and Blade, then keep an eye out for its eventual release and join in the pre-registrations too.
