Spotted on PlayAsia, listings for a Super Robot Wars 30th anniversary have surfaced for the Playstation 5, Playstation 4, and Nintendo Switch. Bandai Namco, who is the series publisher, has not yet announced such a 30th anniversary commemoration title for Super Robot Wars. If we do keep in mind the series’ anniversary date – 20 April 2021 – it is entirely possible there would be a new title either way to celebrate the milestone and to release before then.
There’s been many titles for the series of course, across PC, Nintendo systems, Playstation and Xbox, even mobile – the latter being Super Robot Wars DD. We’ll keep an eye out to see what comes out of this
