NetEase’s upcoming mecha battle royale game Super Mecha Champions is scheduled for a worldwide release on 25 July 2019 for the mobile platforms, having previously launched for Southeast Asia a while ago. With 150,000 pre-registered users already on board, the developer is promising a unique unit if that number hits 200,000.
Super Mecha Champions supports up to 100 players at any given time, offering various modes for players if they decide to go at it solo or with a team. As you would come to expect from games of this genre, there are plenty of weapons at your disposal, in addition to said mecha.
The game has a serviceable plot set in the future where enthusiasts converge to duke it out to see who the said Super Mecha Champion is. Top seiyuu such as Kayano Ai, Tsuda Kenjiro and Sato Rina will be lending their voices for the various characters in the game.
