Com2uS has announced the Summoners War: Sky Arena Asia-Pacific Cup! The last regional cup of the global esports tournament Summoners War World Arena Championship 2019 (SWC 2019) will be in Taipei, 28 September. You can check out last year’s SWC Americas cup here.
SWC is a global esports tournament of Summoners War. Three continents – the Americas, Asia-Pacific and Europe – will go head to head at the World Finals! The Asia-Pacific Cup will see three of the 8 players punch their tickets through to the finals.
LUCKYGOD and PERR are currently gaining attention from fans. This is LUCKYGOD’s first time in the SWC, but has already shown impressive strategies, focusing on debuffs! PERR chooses to go with powerful monsters in matches, dubbed the “Rising Star of Water, Fire and Wind Mons”!
Meanwhile, UT10 is the winner of SWC Japan 2017, and his fellow Japanese compatriot YuUUKI are in the running for the Asia-Pacific Cup. LAMA was SWC 2018 World Final’s runner-up and DONALD, a three-year running SWC participant will be vying for the prize too. Rounding up the competitors are JUDAS from Thailand, and Australia’s DILIGENT.
The bracket will be decided the day before the tournament. The quarter-finals (Best of 5), semi-finals and finals (Best of 3) will proceed as a single tournament. The top 3 will advance to the World Finals, in Paris, 26 October. These Summoners will be facing the best from the other regions to become the Best Summoner!
