Com2uS has announced a collaboration event between its turn-based RPG, Summoners War and the critically acclaimed The Witcher 3 Wild Hunt.
In a recently released teaser trailer, the Witcher 3 Wild Hunt collaboration will be coming to Summoners War in 31st January, 2024, as part of the game’s 10 year anniversary.
From the short teaser trailer, we see our familiar faced protagonist, Geralt of Rivia, standing in a misty forest background, with panning shots showing off his iconic items, such as the Geralt’s silver medallion and him unsheathing his silver sword, preparing for combat.
As of time of writing, there is not much details in regards to this upcoming collaboration, but it is safe to say that Geralt himself will be a playable character in Summoners War, with him being available to summon from the gacha banner, much like with other iconic characters from previous collaborations between other franchises.
As previously mentioned, Summoners War is currently celebrating its 10th anniversary; aside from the recent announcement that the game is finally out on PC via Steam, the game will also be having a plethora of content throughout the entire year.
Summoners War is a mobile turn-based strategy massively multiplayer online developed by Com2uS, a South Korean based game developer, and has players assuming the role of a summoner, opening scrolls in order to acquire monsters to fight in battles.
