Street Fighter V Luke will be releasing this week, will appear in future project

Street Fighter V will be releasing its final DLC character, Luke this week. He will be the final part of Street Fighter V’s Season 5 content.

He will be released on the 29th of November. Here is a showcase of his moves that Capcom released:

We also get a little bit of Luke’s backstory, that he admired his father and has been training with Guile.

In this video director, Takayuki Nakayama and producer Shuhei Matsumoto also talk about the future of the Street Fighter series and what is to come in 2022. They didn’t give a lot of details however one thing they made certain is that Luke will have an important role in the future of the series.

Luke is an important character who will be featured in the next Street Fighter project, so we hope you try him out when he’s released in SFV.

For us, SFV has been a project with peaks and valleys, but thanks to our fans, we’ve been able to accomplish what we aimed for. We, the development team, will use this experience as a springboard to move on to the next project!

There is no confirmation of what this new project will be Street Fighter VI but it seems likely. With Luke being the final character on Street Fighter V’s roster, it is likely that he is meant to be a teaser of sorts for the next installment in the franchise.

The latest version of Street Fighter V, Street Fighter V Champion Edition is available for PS4 and PC.
