Sony Interactive Entertainment has announced that a “PlayStation Festival Tokyo 2019” will be held. The event will fall on the 15th July 2019 at Tokyo’s Belle Salle Takadanobaba.
According to a PlayStation blog post, visitors to the event will be able to experience a variety of PlayStation 4 titles. It will even feature unreleased PlayStation 4 games, which we expect to be demos, as well as PlayStation VR games.
In addition, there will be stage events that will be introducing different games. These are likely to be similar to stage conferences at Tokyo Game Show. Those who can’t attend, fret not because these stage events will be live-streamed.
Considering Sony’s absence from E3 this year, it’ll be interesting to see what the company has held back in store for PlayStation Festival Tokyo 2019. We definitely want some new updates on Ghost of Tsushima and Project Awakening, for example.
Is there a game you want to see that wasn’t present at E3 2019? Let us know!
