The previously announced third free content update for Sonic Frontiers, The Final Horizon, was just released, alongside a new trailer.
This new adventure would take place on Ouranos Island, where players would have to progress to the fifth island of the main story to access.
New challenges and missions have been added to the nine Cyber Space Stages scattered across Ouranos Island, and you will discover that the challenges, missions, and guardians have all been powered up.
You can also play as Amy, Knuckles, and Tails in this new adventure, and use their abilities to complete the challenges and missions and enjoy a brand-new ending to the game.
In addition, several known bugs have been fixed, and balance adjustments have been applied to the game in this new update.
Sonic Frontiers is a game that combines all of the levels into a “Open-Zone” world, with challenges scattered throughout, where players can enjoy gameplay without being bound to the confines of a course.
The map of the game is packed with tons of other things to do, such as Battles, Puzzles, and Cyber Space levels.
Sonic Frontiers and The Final Horizon update is available on PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Nintendo Switch, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, Steam.
