“When I was deciding what to do with the main theme for this innovative, breakthrough title in the Sonic series, I believed that I needed to make a song that immediately sounded “different” and “new”. To achieve this, I spent a lot of time in the designing stage, and I implemented a “strong feeling” into the composition.
I tried to create a song that depicted the many aspects of Sonic Frontiers. To achieve this, I used a mysterious piano phrase, hard and heavy metal sounds that incorporated a 9-string guitar, dramatic strings, high-pitched and emotional vocals, and more.
I wanted to make a preview video that could be watched repeatedly, so I decided to create a lyric video with great visuals. There are only a few more months left until the game releases, so we hope you enjoy this main theme song before then!”
