The latest game in the Sonic the Hedgehog series, the 3D action game Sonic Colors Ultimate is out now for the Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, and PC (Epic Games Store) in Taiwan, Hong Kong, Korea, and Southeast Asia.
A remaster of the original 2010 3D action game Sonic Colors, the game allows you to surge through each area at high speed to overcome a range of obstacles while the camera view changes between 3D and 2D perspectives!
This latest edition adds a splash of color, bringing back the characters and vibrant scenery of each area in refined high-resolution. In addition, players can enjoy the remixes of the original game soundtracks including the opening theme song – “Reach for the Stars” as well as the BGM for each act and boss. Jump straight into the world of Sonic Colors where the excitement of an enormous interstellar amusement park, stunning visuals, and exciting OST awaits!
Besides stunning graphics and sound, the latest edition brings a range of new contents, including the Tails Save feature helping players after falling off a stage, the new Jade Wisp granting Sonic the ability to pass through walls easily and levitate like a ghost to reach otherwise impossible areas, the Rival Rush Mode where you can race with Metal Sonic, new customizable features, and more.
Based on early reviews of Sonic Colors: Ultimate, it will hopefully be getting patched soon as well.
