thatgamecompany‘s Sky: Children of the Light will be getting an anime adaptation, as revealed at the AnimeJapan 2022 event. The game will soon be celebrating its third anniversary, and was at the event to announce some of its plans for the coming year. The teaser for the anime can be seen below:
There’s not much information regarding the Sky: Children of the Light anime as of yet, with the video description simply saying there will be more to come. In the mean time, the Days of Bloom event will run from 28 March 2022, 00:00 UTC -7 to 10 April 2022, 23:59 UTC -7. A new tree in the Hidden Forest is at the heart of the year’s festivities, with familiar Spirits arriving to seek Light amongst its blossoms.
